Warm up with a 5 minute Row, Run, Incline Walk, or climb on the Stairmaster.

1. Barbell Press 5×8

2. Seated DB Shoulder Press 4×10-12 (pictured)

3. Seated Lat Pulldowns 4×10-12

4. Bench Push ups 3×15-20 (pictured)

5. Bent over 1 arm DB rows 3×12-15 (pictured)

6. Seated DB lateral raises 3×12-15

Finish with 250M ROW, 4 rounds, resting in between.
