1. Incline DB press 5×12

2. Resistance band pull aparts 5×12

(Superset 1 & 2)

3. Assisted pull-ups 5×8

4. Overhead Barbell Press 5×8-10

(Superset 3 & 4)

5. Bent over Barbell row 4×12

6. Standing barbell curls 3×12

7. Overhead cable tricep extensions 3×12-15

(superset 6 & 7)

8. Seated lateral raises 3×10-12
