Warm up with a 5 minute Row, Run, Incline Walk, or climb on the Stairmaster.

  1. Barbell Squats 5×8 (Choose a heavy weight, 8 reps should be a challenge)
  2. RDL (Romanian Deadlift) 5×8
  3. Weighted Walking lunges 4×20
  4. Single leg step ups 3×12 (each side)
  5. Seated hamstring curl 3×12
  6. Cable glute kickbacks 3×20 (each side)

Follow workout with Rowing Intervals
