Just a few more days till THANKSGIVING!

Whether you are looking for a fresh new workout or need some motivation to get your butt moving Thursday morning, this FULL BODY CIRCUIT & HIIT WORKOUT (High Intensity Interval Training) will do just the trick!

CIRCUIT ONE:  PYRAMIDPerform 20, 15, and then 10 reps of each exercise (so, 3 sets total)

  • Goblet Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 1 arm Dumbbell rows
  • Kettlebell swings

CIRCUIT TWO: SPRINT WORK

  • 30 second “sprint” on treadmill, elliptical, or outside
  • 30 second rest either walking or standing

Repeat for 5 total sprints then 2-3 minute recovery walk

  • 20 second “sprint on treadmill, elliptical, or outside (increase that speed!!!)
  • 40 second rest either walking or standing

Repeat for 5 total sprints then COOLDOWN walk for 5-10 minutes

Now, go enjoy yourself! Be mindful of what you eat, yet treat yourself to those foods you really do enjoy. Be thankful for your legs, arms, the ability to walk/run and exercise. We take for granted our bodies everyday and how AMAZING they are.
