Here’s a total body workout that hits every major muscle group! Make sure to choose a weight that is challenging, about a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10. PUSH IT!

 

  1. Barbell Squat 5×10
  2. Barbell Bench Press 5×10
  3. Dumbbell 1 arm row 4×12
  4. Kettlebell RDL (AKA-stiff leg deadlift) 4×12          (Superset 3 & 4)
  5. Hip thrusts (feet elevated on a bench-drive through the heels and squeeze the glutes!) 4×12
  6. Dumbbell Curl to Press 4×12                                (Superset 5 & 6)

Finish with this conditioning circuit

  • 400M Row
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 400M Row
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings

Repeat 3 rounds of circuit
