TONE IT TUESDAY! Today’s workout is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) This circuitĀ is challenging and will be sure to get your heart rate up, and burn some major calories. The great thing about HIIT is you continue burning calories post workout…just make sure you are pushing yourself and make it INTENSE! Earn that rest period šŸ˜‰

 

  1. 400m Row (on rowing machine-as fast as you can)
  2. 50 jump rope x 2
  3. 10 Plyo box jumps x 2
  4. 20 Kettlebell swings x 2
  5. 10 Push ups x 2

Rest then Repeat for a total of 3 rounds
