Anna started personal training in college and started a bootcamp for college girls on her campus. She has a passion for women’s health and a desire to help other women feel strong, beautiful, and confident.

Anna grew up in Fort Worth, TX and moved to Dallas to attend Dallas Baptist University. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Management. Anna enjoys working with her clients and encouraging and guiding them to a healthier lifestyle. She has maintained a long-term relationship with many of her clients and preaches health and fitness as a way of life. Her training style is upbeat and intense, while paying close attention to form and technique. Anna creates individualized programs for all her clients because she understands that no one person is the same. Everyone has their own needs and wants and she designs her programs to reach the needs of the client.
