  • q-iconWhat is Strong & Lean?

    Strong & Lean is a monthly workout subscription for women. This program is very flexible, affordable, and IT WORKS! The workouts are created by owner of Equipping Strength, Anna Pilling, BS Exercise Science, NSCA CPT, and personal trainer of 7 years.

    The Strong & Lean program is comprised of the most effective total body training you will find. These workouts are not random, and they are created with the goal of getting you stronger while also helping you reach your aesthetic goals.

    There are 3 options within the Strong & Lean Program:

    Strong & Lean is the level one plan that includes 3-4 New workouts each month, Instructional Workout videos, Printable PDF’s, Access to the Strong & Lean Facebook Support Group, and 24/7 Email Access to Anna so she can answer any questions you have along the way. This is a great program if you are familiar with the gym, lifting weights, and just want your workouts programmed for you and held accountable.

    Strong & Lean + Nutrition is our level 2 plan and includes all the features of level one with the addition to a Nutrition/Macro Plan tailored to your goals and needs. With this addition, you receive your starting macros (protein, carbs, and fats) that you should follow daily to help you either lose or maintain weight/build muscle. You will receive recipes, meal ideas, and a categorized macronutrient list to get you started.

    One on One coaching is our level 3 program and our most extensive. Think of this a personal training online. Anna will create a training program that is designed for your individual goals and needs. You will receive a full training program according to your desired days per week, equipment you have access to, etc. This program also includes a Nutrition/Macro plan like the level 2. With the One-on-One option, you will have direct access to Anna with weekly communication through email, text, phone, skype/facetime and mandatory weekly check in’s to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your program to keep you moving in the right direction. You will receive access to the Bonus Workouts in the Strong & Lean program as well as access to the S&L Facebook Support Group.

     

  • q-iconIs Strong & Lean beginner-friendly?

    Strong & Lean is suitable for ALL levels of fitness. This is a great starting place for someone who wants to learn how to train properly, increase their strength & stamina, and reach their health/fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

    The instructional videos will include modifications for certain exercises and in each video, Anna walks you through the entire workout, showing you how to perform each exercise with proper form.

    The Strong & Lean Facebook Support Group is a great tool for beginners to use so that they can ask questions, seek out accountability with other women in the group, and be reassured they are not in this alone!

  • q-iconWhat equipment do I need?

    All the workouts can be done if you have a basic commercial gym access. Some can easily be modified to be done at home if you have a good amount of equipment.

    Equipment used in the workouts include barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, mini bands, etc. A wide range of weights are ideal, so that as you can progress to a heavier weight as you get stronger.

  • q-iconHow many days should I workout?

    We recommend that when following the plan, you workout at least the amount of days given for the workouts each month. 3-4 workouts per week is ideal, but if you prefer more workouts, you can integrate the bonus workouts or add in your own cardio/conditioning workouts for an additional day.

    Workouts take about an 1 hour and maybe a little more when you include a proper warm up. It is advised that when starting a workout program, that you work smarter, not harder. That means maybe just starting with 3 days a week and seeing how much progress you can make (following a proper nutrition plan, of course) and then add a day or add in some additional cardio as your body adapts so that you don’t hit a plateau.

  • q-iconBilling & Cancellations

    Strong & Lean offers a 7 day Free Trial period. You can test drive the program, see if you like it, and if you decide it’s not for you, cancel within 7 days without your account being charged.

    If you decide you love the program and want to keep going, then there’s nothing you need to do! Your account will be charged on the 8th day and continue until cancellation.

    Billing will occur every 30 days after the first charge is made. If you decide you want to cancel at anytime, just make sure you do it before the next billing cycle to avoid another charge. Please note, your access to the membership will terminate immediately.

    Refunds will not be issued for any reason otherwise stated.
