  • Barbell Squats 5×5 (Work up to a heavy set and then dropset)
  • RDL (Romanian deadlift) 4×8 (Work up to a heavy set and then drop set)
  • Narrow stance cable squat heels elevated 3×12
  • Seated leg curls 3×12
  • Barbell walking lunge 3×20

Condition:

Hill Sprints 20seconds x 8
