Warm up jog 5 minutes

  • 30 second sprint
  • 1 minute walk

Repeat for a total of 4 rounds

  • Walking lunges 20 total reps
  • Body weight squats 20 total reps
  • Plank up downs (going from forearm plank to high plank) 10 reps

Repeat for a total of 4 rounds

  • 20 second sprint (even faster than first round)
  • 40 second rest

Repeat for a total of 4 rounds

Cooldown walk 5 minutes
