Simple 3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Yummy Greek Yogurt Pancakes!
You will love these because it’s only 3 ingredients and it’s quick and easy!
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 six oz 0% Chobani greek yogurt (I like strawberry banana)
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- Combine the above in a blender or food processor until smooth. Turn griddle to medium heat and cook and enjoy with a topping of your choice. My favorite is all natural almond butter with a sprinkle of cinnamon. You zap some frozen berries in the microwave and pour over pancakes, then add a dollop of greek yogurt (shown in picture).
- Combine with some hot coffee=great morning!
