Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Is there anyone who LOVES peanut butter as much as me?! If you do, then you are in for a treat! These little bites are full of protein and healthy fat and are the perfect snack for post-workout!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (could use almond butter too!)
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Separate the mix into little rounded balls-about an inch wide and spread out on a cookie sheet. Place in fridge for an hour or until they are firm. Enjoy!! 🙂
