PB Chocolate chip cookies (with a special ingredient)

Studies have show that intake of coconut oil can help our bodies mount resistance to both viruses and bacteria that can cause illness. Even more, it also can help to fight off yeast, fungus and candida.

I use coconut oil daily and discovered how amazing it is to use when cooking and even baking. The taste is great!

I have created this recipe as a healthy alternative to gooey chewy chocolate chip cookies. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients: coconut oil cookies

-2 Tbsp. coconut oil

-3 Tbsp. light brown sugar

-2 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-2 cage free egg whites

-1 tsp. vanilla extract

-1/4 cup Better n Peanut Butter

-2 1/2 cups of rolled oats

-1 tsp. baking powder

-1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips (I used this dairy, nut, soy free kind )


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Soften the coconut oil by zapping it in the microwave. Then add the rest of the ingredients down to the peanut butter. Mix all together and then add the rolled oats and baking powder. Mix well and finish by adding the chocolate chips. Place in fridge for a few minutes and then roll the cookie dough into balls and place on an un-greased cookie sheet or baking stone. Place cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool for a while because cookies will be moist and will easily fall apart. Enjoy! 😀
