Paleo burgers

Who doesn’t love a GOOD burger every now and then? When most of us think about eating healthier, burgers are one of the first things we let go. Mainly, because most burgers we see are fatty, greasy, cheesy, and carb laden.

BUT what if I told you, you could still have a GREAT burger and still reach your goals?

First thing I recommend is, REMOVE the BUN. I promise, you won’t miss it!

BACON EGG PALEO BURGER

  • 5 oz of lean 93% Grass Fed Beef Patty (cooked beforehand)
  • Sautéed spinach portabello mushrooms
  • Sprinkle of low fat mozzarella (optional-not strict paleo)
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 strip of Wellshire Farms Peppered turkey bacon (SO good, found at Whole foods)

 

PAIR WITH HOMEMADE OR ALEXIA SWEET POTATO FRIES (NOT STRICT PALEO) FOR A LITTLE CRUNCH!

 

 

image-4SWEET & SPICY BACON AVOCADO PALEO BURGER

  • 5 oz of lean 93% Grass Fed Beef Patty (cooked beforehand)
  • Sautéed spinach
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 strip of Wellshire Farms Peppered turkey bacon (SO good, found at Whole foods)
  • 40 grams of fresh avocado
  • 2 sliced hot and sweet cherry peppers (found at trader joes)
  • Yellow mustard (optional)

 

 

 EGGY CHEESY AVOCADO BURGER

  • 5 oz of lean 93% Grass Fed Beef Patty (cooked beforehand)
  • Sautéed spinachimage-3
  • Sprinkle of low fat mozzarella (optional: not strict paleo)
  • 1 over easy egg
  • 40 grams of fresh avocado
  • 2 slices of hot and sweet cherry peppers (found at trader joes)
