A little introduction into our lives…

QG6A5352Austin and myself (Anna) decided to create this website to blog about our journey as fitness trainers and share our passion of health and fitness, with you.

First of all, just a little background…We met a little over a year ago in a gym. I (Anna) had been training there for a year when Austin came on board. Over the next few months our relationship as coworkers/friends led to us dating. We were attracted to each other’s personalities, love for the Lord, and passion for fitness. On May 7th 2014, after 7 months of dating, Austin surprised me and showed up outside the gym one morning, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. That was the best decision I have ever made and I am so excited to marry him this November.

Our daily lives consist of training from early morning to sometimes late in the evening. Whenever we can we try to catch a workout together and also enjoy cooking together. I am so lucky to be marrying a man who can cook 😉

“Equipping strength” is based on Psalm 18:32-34.

“It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.”

Overall, our goal and hope for “Equipping Strength” is to share our journey through life with you as well as provide resources through workouts, nutrition, training advice, etc. to help encourage, inspire, and EQUIP YOU WITH STRENGTH.
