This past weekend I hosted a “Holiday Nourish Yourself” event and invited all my wonderful clients.
I made several recipes and they all turned out great! When the ladies arrived they were welcomed to try all the different recipes and mix and mingle. Brick Betty, a local women’s activewear company came and provided a trunk show for the ladies to shop and try on different pieces. I spoke about my favorite pantry essentials/products, meal planning/prepping, how to create a balanced meal, and tips/tricks for staying on track this holiday season.
Because all the recipes were a big hit, I am sharing each recipe below through a link to where each recipe originated. Some other snacks I included were: Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop Kettle Corn (Frosted Sugar Cookie-all about BALANCE & MODERATION 😉 ) Trader Joes’s Reduced Guilt Guacamole (Absolute favorite!!) and whole grain pita chips and sliced veggies.
Sweet Potato Hummus (gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegan)
Spinach, Feta and Quinoa Bites (gluten free, soy free)
Raw Gingerbread Cookie Balls (gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegan)
Paleo Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes (gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegan)
