GF Oatmeal Pancakes

This pancake recipe is so quick and easy, your breakfast will be ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients: 1 servinggf oatmeal pancakes

1/2 cup gluten free oats

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup liquid egg whites

1/2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Bring a skillet to medium heat and pour right out of the blender onto the skillet to make any size pancakes that you want. 1 serving makes about 6-7 medium size pancakes. 

Top with some all natural creamy almond butter and fruit (blueberries are in season and so good right now).
