If you are reading this, I am assuming you like oatmeal.

Or maybe you really want to like it, just need some inspiration on how to make it DELICIOUS. Because let’s be honest, oatmeal in itself, is not that good…it’s pretty, well PLAIN.

All three of these recipes can be made into “proats” by adding protein powder to the mix. This will alter the taste/consistency a little bit, but is a great way to get your protein in quick and easy! I also like to pair my oats with an egg white omelet or sometimes a serving of nonfat greek yogurt to get that protein in!

 

Strawberry Banana Oats

What you need:

  • 1 serving of oats (cooked)
  • Half a banana (mashed)
  • 2-3 strawberries (diced)
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
  • Unsweetened Cashew milk (more creamy than almond milk!)
  • SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops (THE BEST!)

Directions:

Mix in a splash of cashew milk (more or less depending on your consistency preference), flaxseed, banana, and a few drops of stevia. Top with strawberries. Add any additional toppings/mix ins of your choice!

 

Peanut Butter Cocoa Oats

What you need:

  • 1 serving of oats (cooked)
  • 1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (I love Hershey’s Special Dark)
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
  • Unsweetened Cashew milk (more creamy than almond milk!)
  • SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

Directions:

Mix in cashew milk, cocoa powder, flaxseed, and a few drops of the stevia. Melt peanut butter over the top of the oats. Add any additional toppings/mix ins of your choice!

 

Raspberry Chocolate Oats

What you need:

  • 1 serving of oats (cooked)
  • 1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (I love Hershey’s Special Dark)
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
  • Unsweetened Cashew milk (more creamy than almond milk!)
  • SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops
  • 100g Fresh Raspberries

Directions:

Mix in a splash of cashew milk (more or less depending on your consistency preference), cocoa, flaxseed, and a few drops of the stevia. Top with fresh raspberries. Add any additional toppings/mix ins of your choice!
