10 Healthy Snack Ideas for Women
Here are some great snack ideas for women. I’ve tried them all and these are my favorites! All are around 200 calories or less. Score!
1. 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries+4 strawberries sliced up
2. 1 small banana+1 tbsp of almond butter (or pb)
3. 4 oz of grilled chicken strips+2 tbsp yellow mustard
4. 1/4 mashed avocado+1/2 cup bell pepper slices
5. 12 almond nut thins+1 light mozzerella string cheese
6. 1/2 cup scrambled egg whites+1/4 avocado
7. 16 almonds+ 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (mixed with water)
8. 2 Quaker rice cakes+1 tbsp almond butter
9. 1/2 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt+1/4 cup of Bear Naked Fit Granola
10. 1 hard boiled egg+1/2 can white albacore tuna+1/4 avocado (mash all together)
